MJP has placed Mandy at Domino’s Pizza at Plympton. Mandy was referred to us by Centrelink as looking for work. She’s never worked in employment before and had some significant barriers in getting a job. We got her to do a work experience and through that we could see that she was actually a good worker, and we were then able to market her skills to an employer.

Mandy is primarily employed here as a food processing person, so she processes all of our fresh vegetables for both our Plympton and Hove stores. She operates some heavy machineries, so there is a lot of safety involved as well, she handles all of our fresh produce.

Kim is a fantastic employer. His focus is not only on making pizzas and running a business, but also providing opportunities for young people and anyone who really wants the work. His commitment to his staff is unsurpassed, and that’s reflected in the opportunities provided to Mandy.
