Hi, my name is Richard and I work at Hungry Jacks at Paralowie. We employ a lot of youth from the age 14 up. We expect in an employee reliability, people that attend on a regular basis, their punctuality. As long as they are on time we are happy. We require them to listen to the supervisor, managers and other crew.
Working hard is always a key to success, courtesy and friendliness to other crew, to managers, to customers. Team work is promoted within the store here, we encourage that because it’s a handy asset to have further in life. And learning from mistakes, everyone makes mistakes, no one’s perfect, as long as we’re learning from our mistakes we move on.
